We recently completed the order for Great British Node Conference in London where we managed to turn it around in super quick time in time for the event (delivered the day before no less).

We also completed the lanyards with card passes with each attendees name, twitter name and company name. We think the end result is rather nice, and hope they add to the events professionalism.
