Yes, all custom hat and cap orders include free unlimited design revisions before production. You can request changes to the design proof until you’re happy with the final look. Your hats won’t be made until you’ve approved the design. Once you’ve approved the design and your products are in production, you cannot make any additional adjustments.

The minimum order quantity for custom challenge hats and caps is typically 50 units. This allows high-quality production at competitive prices. If your project is unusually large or a special one-off piece, contact the team for custom pricing.

Standard production time for custom caps and hats is around 4–5 weeks from design approval. This includes manufacturing, packing, and delivery. Express delivery may be available if you’re on a tight deadline.

We offer embroidery on all our hats and caps, but 3D embroidered logos can only be applied to custom baseball caps, as this type of logo is very stitch-heavy and needs a sturdy fabric to sit on.
