• Quotes are valid for 7 days from sending.
• Delivery times are estimated from the date of payment.
• Please contact us before placing any urgent orders to ensure we can meet your deadline.
• All paid orders are eligible for our FREE design service.
• Orders will not go into production until you have signed off on the visual proof.
• FREE UK Delivery (to one address) on all orders over £75.
• Orders cancelled past the visual stage will be fully refunded minus a minimum £40 design service charge (ex VAT).
